Resipi: Biskut Sarang Semut

Assalamualaikum & Salam Sejahtera

Bahan-bahan:

250gm mentega
100gm gula halus
300gm tepung gandum
100gm tepung jagung
50gm tepung kastard
 1 biji kuning telur
1 sdt esen vanila
Hiasan gula-gula manik
Acuan keras
Cara-caranya:

1. Mentega + gula halus dipukul kembang.
2. Masukkan kuning telur + esen vanila dan gaul rata.
3. Masukkan semua tepung dan gaul rata.
4. Adunan yang dah siap dimasukkan dalam plastik dan disimpan didalam peti sejuk.

5. Esoknya baru diparut dan diisi dalam cup kertas comel!
6. Taburkan hiasan dan bakar dalam ketuhar 180C dalam 15minit.
